Ms. Hayes holds a Bachelors Degree in Art Education from UMass Amherst and was most recently a Lead Teacher in a local childcare center working with students in early childhood and early elementary grades.  She also holds a Continuing Education Painting Studies Certificate from the Rhode Island School of Design.
